How to Apply
To apply for the Fujitsu Scholarship, read the instructions thoroughly and follow the steps listed below:
Application Deadline
Due to the influence of COVID-19 pandemic, program schedule and application requirements for the next scholarship program are not yet decided. The information will be announced on this website when it's ready.
Fujitsu Scholarship Program Office is not currently accepting applications. Please refrain from sending application documents.
Participating Program
The selected Fujitsu Scholars attend Global Leaders for Innovation and Knowledge delivered by Fujitsu-JAIMS Foundation.
Application Process
All required documents including online application form must be received by the application deadline.
STEP 1: Fill in Online Application Form
All required documents must be submitted duruing the application period.
- Check Eligibility : Check your eligibility before applying for the Fujitsu Scholarship program by checking the Qualifications .
- Check Documentation : Check Details of the Required Documentation to confirm that you are able to meet the documentation requirements.

STEP 2: Prepare Application Documents
Prepare the application documents.
Required Documentation:
The necessary documents should be prepared to meet the requirements mentioned in " Details of the Required Documentation ".
- Printed Online Application Form
- A photocopy of TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS (Academic) score report (Photocopies are acceptable.)
- Official Academic Transcript or Graduate Certificate in English (No Photocopies)
Important
There are some cases that the submitted Official Academic Transcript / Graduate Certificate in English does not meet the criteria. Please confirm the items below one more time before submitting the document.
- It is Official Academic Transcript / Graduate Certificate in English.
Notarized copies and photocopies are not acceptable. - It is the official one and contains all necessary information.
- Information required on the transcript is as follows.

- The official's signature and/or a stamp of the institution.

- It is in a sealed envelope which has an official's signature or the institution's stamp on where it is sealed.

We don’t answer to the inquiry about delivery status. Please use "certified" mail or another traceable method if you need confirmation.
- All documents must be received during application period.
- Applicants who fail to submit all documents during application period will not be considered.
- Submitted application documents, such as transcript and graduate certificate, will not be returned.
Selection Process
1. Initial Screening
Initial screening is based on the strength of the application, which includes meeting the admission qualifications.
2. Interview
Applicants who pass the initial screening will be contacted by Fujitsu Limited or a Fujitsu Subsidiary company for an interview on a designated date.
- Interview will be held in their respective country of citizenship or in Hawaii for Hawaii residents. Transportation fees are at applicant's expense.
- We don't conduct the interview via Skype.
3. Selection of recipients
- Final selection will be determined by Fujitsu Limited.
Selection is based on motivation and goals as expressed in the application documents and/or interview, work experience and English proficiency (for non-native speakers of English). A key factor is the individual's commitment to contributing to the development of their communities and home countries. - Fujitsu Limited does not provide explanations concerning selection of recipients.
